Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service on our site without notice.

We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.


Our site is intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom. We aim to be able to deliver products to most parts of the UK, but if you fall outside our delivery area we will inform you immediately and fully refund any payment you have made.


By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years old.


We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, and Visa Electron. All payments will be taken in GBP. Payment will be taken from the card details provided upon clearing the checkout process.

Where a customer places a recurring order, payment will be taken on a weekly basis the anniversary of the first payment. Prices may change from time to time. If so, you will be informed before the next renewal of your order.


Payment is required in advance as explained below.

You authorise us and our third party payment provider to take payment and/or to charge your payment card for the relevant amounts and at the relevant times. Despatch of the goods is subject to our being able to charge your payment card. It is your responsibility to update your payment card details as necessary.

We will take your first payment when we accept your order and thereafter payments will be taken after the 14 day cancellation period has expired.

Payments will be taken according to the delivery frequency that is chosen. If you choose weekly delivery then payment will be taken weekly. If you choose fortnightly delivery then payment will be taken fortnightly.

Recurring deliveries can be cancelled at any time but 14 days’ notice must be given. If you have a delivery scheduled in the next 14 days after you cancel we will still charge and deliver this order but you will receive no more thereafter.

We may change our prices by giving you notice by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you should cancel your subscription as explained below as payments taken after the notice period will be at the new price

You must contact us immediately with full details if you dispute any payment.


Clean Kitchen Limited will not be liable for losses incurred due to unsuccessful deliveries where deliveries have been attempted on the date and time agreed.

Clean Kitchen Limited will not be liable for deliveries that have been damaged by weather conditions, or left in a requested unsecured place.
If no delivery instructions are left by the customer the consignment will be left at the premises where destined. Consignments will not be returned to the depot.

If you are in any doubts as to whether the product is fit for consumption contact us immediately without attempting to consume the product.


You have 14 days from the moment you first order with us in which period you can cancel our service.

If you requested order starts straight away, you will have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of service that is provided up to the point you cancel. This includes any items that have already been dispatched.

For example, if you order 4 weeks’ worth of food, start using it and then change your mind within this 14 day time period, you will be refunded but will be charged for the amount of food already received.


Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the management.

If on delivery you find that any products are damaged or are in an unacceptable condition then you must inform us as soon as possible and give us the opportunity to inspect the product. If, at our discretion, we find that the product delivered is not consistent with proper standards we will refund the cost of such unsatisfactory product to you. We will not be responsible for product which is damaged or faulty through your failure to store correctly.

We will not refund an order on the basis of unsatisfactory taste to the consumer, your desired goals have not been met such as weight loss and muscle gain.

Please note that in all circumstances, with the exception of the above, we cannot offer refunds as the products are consumables.
If we have to issue a refund to you, we shall try to do so within 7 – 10 days.
